Dr. Christal J. Waters-Porter is a graduate of Temple University of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Early Childhood/Elementary Education with an emphasis on Special Education. She is also a graduate of Eastern Baptist Theological Seminary with her Master of Theological Studies, emphasizing Pastoral Care and Christian Counseling and a minor in Counseling.

Since then, Dr. Christal has become a Domestic and International Transformation Speaker, training and mentoring under world-renowned transformational speakers and business icons, Dr. Sonja Stribling and Shawn Fair. As a coach, she integrates her prolific coaching, training, and empowerment program with high-value women in their journey to enhance their mindsets, identify their purpose in life and refine skills to experience high-value lifestyles.

With her colorful list of achievements and knowledge, Dr. Christal founded MYJESTIC Professional Services, the parent company for Healing Hands Social Services, Elegance Etiquette School, DrChristalSpeaks, and Life Transforming Academy. It is a multi-purpose human and social services entity dedicated to business enrichment through consultations, including a transformational speaker and personal development life & wellness coach through her 90-day program. 

Throughout her career, Dr. Christal J. Waters-Porter has worked and served in various offices in mental health, case management, education, human and social services, project management, counseling and psychology, church and civic services as a teacher, mentor, certified mental health counselor, child and adolescent therapist, marriage and family counselor, and life coach.

Dr. Christal has always loved working with people, socially acting in the lives of individuals, families, and the community. She learned how to work with all socio-economic, cultural, and multi-racial groups at an early age, leading by example. She decided to set off on her career when she wanted to do more.
