The creators of the concept
While many global brands have flocked to Mykonos, it’s the visionary Greeks that truly keep the island going. Case-in-point: Greek restaurateur Dimitris Christoforidis and Chef Christos Athanasiadis. Dimitris Christoforidis lived in LA from age 17 for nearly 25 years; his attitude is open, his ideas broad and his approach to restaurants and service, fine-tuned. He opened his first restaurant, Nice-n-Easy in the posh Kolonaki neighbourhood of Athens. He prefers sportswear to suits, and likes things done his way, like his favourite Frank Sinatra.
The acclaimed chef Christos Athanasiadis is making the food to be one of the largest components of each and every project, given that the “Nice-n-Easy Group”, of which Santanna is a member, has a strong DNA of pioneering farm-to-table cuisine. Having extensive experience in top 5 star resorts in Greece and abroad, he is one of the pioneers of the Greek-modern cuisine with many awards and he is one of the most respected Chefs among his peers.

How to visit:
Santanna is about 10 minutes by taxi from the airport or 20 minutes from the port. Valet parking is available as are helicopter transfers from other islands.
Mykonos is accessible with daily flights from Athens and charter flights directly from all major European cities; daily ferries and hydrofoils have regular departures from Piraeus and Rafina ports in Athens. A private helicopter charter is a short 40-minute ride from Athens International Airport. Alternatively, a private boat can be booked as Mykonos port is just 94 nautical miles from Piraeus port in Athens.
